How to write a bug report that gets fixed
Your device and OS
“Pixel 7a, Android 15” or “iPhone 13, iOS 18.4”. Most bugs that only happen to one person are specific to one device, and knowing which one halves the work.
What you were doing
Which screen, which level, what you tapped. “It crashed” is a start; “it crashed when I tapped restart on level 12” is a fix.
A screenshot or recording
Worth a paragraph of description, and often worth the whole email. Every phone can record its own screen.
Whether it happens every time
Something that happens once is much harder than something that happens reliably. If you can make it happen again, say how.
