Email support@randomgamestudios.com with your device model, your OS version and what you were doing. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a paragraph of description.
A purchase did not arrive
Email support@randomgamestudios.com with the store receipt. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, but we will make sure you get what you paid for either way.
An idea, or a complaint
Both are welcome and both are read. The feedback form is one long-answer box and takes a minute, or just email if you would rather.
