Cave Commander — Privacy Policy

The short version

This game does not collect anything. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and it does not talk to a server.

Cave Commander is made by Random Game Studios, an independent studio. This policy covers the Cave Commander mobile app on iOS and Android and nothing else — every game has its own policy, written from what that build actually does.

What the game collects

Nothing. Cave Commander has no ads, no analytics and no accounts, and it does not send anything anywhere. Your progress is stored on your own device and nowhere else.

The game requests no permissions beyond what the operating system grants every app by default.

Where it goes

Nowhere. There is no server, no processor and no third party involved.

Children

Cave Commander is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, write to privacy@randomgamestudios.com and it will be deleted.

Your choices

Delete everything. Uninstall the app. That is the whole of it — nothing about you exists anywhere else.
Ask us. Email privacy@randomgamestudios.com and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the game.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information and never have.

In practice there is nothing to request, because nothing is collected. Write to privacy@randomgamestudios.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If the game starts doing something different, this page changes before the build ships, and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced in the community group.
